I have been using th Typhoon 2V for almost 2 years. Just replaced the pump this summer. The parts got here in a timely manner. Thanks for a great product
My Flowzone typhoon pump stopped working properly. It had no blockage from debris and it wouldn’t prime or spray. I called customer service and within minutes the info was received and I filled it out and a new pump was sent out and received in 2-3 days. My sprayer was still under warranty. This was hands down the best customer service I have ever received. I plan on purchasing another sprayer simply because of the service I received. Thanks to Flowzone for doing business the way it should be done to cover the warranty. You’ve kept my business and earned more of it from me and to those I tell about your services. Thank you!!!
